Good to know

• By appointment only. The clinic is a private treatment room attached to my home, so please don't call in without a booking.
• Days, evenings and weekends. By appointment only. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments: Mondays and Thursdays all day and evening, other days by arrangement, including late clinics.
• Your first visit lasts up to 1½ hours and includes a full consultation and treatment.
• Directions and parking are given when your appointment is confirmed.
• Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, so the time can be offered to someone else. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the fee, and missed appointments at the full fee. I understand that emergencies happen, so please just let me know.
